| Located deep in the heart of the glorious
Kent countryside the Centre is an unbeatable family day out. With
lots of great new attractions opening early July 2003 plus all the
old favourites, no other attraction offers so much to see and do for
all ages and interests. Here the emphasis is on getting ‘up
close and personal’ with our friendly animals, having fun and
enjoying over 120 acres of woodland, fields, lakes and ponds that
make up the farm.
All in a good cause …
The Rare Breeds Centre is owned and operated by The Canterbury Oast
Trust, a charity dedicated to the care and occupational development
of adults with physical and learning difficulties. All income from
your visit goes directly towards helping fund our vital work.
In addition, the Centre is helping to preserve many historic breeds
of British farm animals, which are in danger of dying out. For more
